How long does the battery last?

It depends on the mode. In sensor or intermittent mode, the pump runs only when it's needed, so one charge lasts for weeks. Continuous mode keeps the water flowing all the time and drains the battery faster. Charging uses the included USB-C cable, and since there's no cord while it runs, you can put the fountain anywhere in your home.

How often should I change the filter?

Every 2–4 weeks. Change it closer to every 2 weeks if you have several pets, or if your pet sheds a lot.

Is it loud?

No. The pump is very quiet, so you can keep the fountain in a bedroom or living room without hearing it. Even cats that startle easily usually get used to it quickly.

Is it safe for dogs too?

Yes. It works well for cats and for small to medium dogs. It's made of BPA-free ABS, and the 2L tank means you won't have to refill it constantly, even with more than one pet.

How do I clean it?

Take it apart, rinse the parts with warm water and mild soap, and let them dry before you put it back together. A quick clean every week or two, along with regular filter changes, keeps the water fresh and the pump running smoothly.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive in 7–12 business days, and every order comes with tracking so you can follow it the whole way. Shipping is free on orders over $40 and $4.99 on smaller orders.

What if something's wrong with my order, or I change my mind?

You have 30 days to return it. If your fountain arrives damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
